The ±8,927 square-foot property, formerly occupied by Woody’s Restaurant, was acquired by Kalaveras, a rapidly expanding Southern California–based Mexican restaurant concept. Located at the signalized intersection of Frederick Street and Alessandro Boulevard, the property sits within one of Moreno Valley’s most active trade areas, benefiting from strong traffic counts and close proximity to the I-215 and SR-60 freeways.
