The property was sold to Carnitas al Estilo Michoacán.

The recently remodeled building is fully equipped and features an extra-large commercial kitchen with two walk-in coolers, a spacious interior dining area, outdoor patio seating, and a full bar positioning the property for immediate restaurant use.

Carnitas al Estilo Michoacán opened its first location in Ontario in 2013, with this acquisition marking the brand’s second location in the Inland Empire. The restaurant is known for its Michoacán-style carnitas and traditional Mexican cuisine.
