Progressive Real Estate Partners VP of Retail Leasing & Sales Albert Lopez represented the landlord in a ground lease with Dutch Bros for a new ±950 square-foot freestanding pad building with double drive-thru. The property is part of the well-established Highland Village Plaza neighborhood center which features over 30 stores including anchors Albertsons and CVS as well as Chase Bank, Goodwill, Tutor Time, Pizza Hut, Subway, Carl’s Jr.
